Your current school class, your previous educational marks or certificates, and the specific computer course and batch timings you choose during admission.
Your Profile Photograph
We ask you to upload a clear passport-sized photo. This is securely stored to build your identity card, create your student profile picture on the dashboard, and print your final official completion certificate.
Safe Payment Records
When you pay your course fees online, our website works with trusted payment networks. We see records of the date of payment, transaction ID, and the amount paid. Please remember: We do not see, copy, or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, bank passwords, or UPI PINs. Those remain 100% private inside your bank's secure system.
03Why and How Do We Use Your Details?

To Build Your Student Dashboard: We use your email address and course choice to generate your unique dashboard space and safely send your secret login credentials.
To Communicate Lovingly: We use your phone number and WhatsApp to send you urgent announcements. For example, if a class timing changes due to heavy rain, or if a teacher wants to invite your parents for a friendly meeting.
To Check Progress and Attendance: We track your logins and test marks on the dashboard to see if you are facing any difficulty, so we can arrange free revision classes for you.
To Print Trusted Certificates: Because we are an ISO 9001:2015 Certified institute, your full legal name and photo are printed exactly as provided on your final certificate, making it highly valuable and authentic.
04Protecting Our Young Learners
We love teaching young children in our school study support classes. We treat their privacy with extra shield and care:
- We do not allow children under 18 to fill out admission forms without their parents' direct supervision and approval.
- All communication regarding tests, homework, and behavior is directly shared with the parent or guardian’s mobile number.
- If a parent ever wishes to see what data we have stored about their child, or wants us to erase a photo from our systems, they can walk in or write to us, and we will do it immediately.

Internal team members who manage batches and grade practicals see your profile to assist you.
With Govt Officials

07How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
We keep your personal info active as long as you are happily studying with us. Once you complete your course and step out into your bright future, we keep your name, contact number, and certificate number safely locked in our historical registers. We do this so that if you lose your physical certificate 5 or 10 years later, you can write to us, and we can quickly verify your past record and hand you a fresh copy of your certificate!
08Your Beautiful Rights and Digital Freedom
You are the absolute owner of your information. We respect your rights completely:
You can ask our office staff anytime to show you exactly what information we have typed in your digital profile.
If you find a mistake in the spelling of your name, your father's name, or if your phone number changes, tell us, and we will correct it within 24 hours.
You can request to close your dashboard profile if you choose to leave the course early.
