To ensure that our physical center and our online website remain peaceful, safe, and happy spaces for hundreds of students, we have set a few basic, fair rules. By browsing this website, filling out our online admission form, or using the Student Dashboard, you and your guardians lovingly agree to accept and follow these terms. Please read them completely and carefully.
02Creating Your Account and Your Responsibility
Honest Information
When you fill out our online admission form, you promise to give us your real name, accurate age, and actual phone number. Providing fake names or wrong identity details is strictly against our rules and will lead to immediate cancellation of admission.
Password Protection
After your admission is confirmed, we will email you your special Student Dashboard password. This password belongs only to you. You are completely responsible for keeping it a secret. Do not share it with friends, neighbors, or other students. Any activity happening inside your dashboard using your password will be counted as done by you.
Immediate Reporting
If you feel someone has guessed your password or opened your student account without permission, please inform your teacher or call our office immediately so we can lock it and give you a new one.
03Attendance, Pacing, and Classroom Discipline
The Power of Regularity: To build a beautiful, bright future, you must be regular. Whether you are coming to our physical classrooms or watching study modules on the dashboard, continuous learning is essential.
Informing Absences: If you are sick, have an urgent family event, or must travel to your village, you must call or message your teacher to request leave. If a student stays completely absent for more than 15 consecutive days without telling anyone, their dashboard account will automatically freeze. You will have to talk to the center director to unfreeze it.
We move at a peaceful, steady pace. We never rush our students to finish books. If you need extra days to master a computer tool or a tough school chapter, our teachers will patiently wait and repeat the lessons. You agree to be patient with your fellow classmates who might be learning at a different speed than you.
04Fees, Payments, Installments, and Refund Rules
Affordable Fees
Our NGO keeps all course fees incredibly low so that every family can easily afford quality computer and school education.
Payment Safety
All admission and monthly fees must be paid through the official website link or directly at our center cash counter. We are not responsible if you hand cash to strangers outside the office.
Refund Policy
We plan our batches, prepare your physical books, and book our teachers' precious time the moment you take admission and gain access to the Student Dashboard. For this reason, fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another student.
Double Bank Charges
If your internet connection breaks and money is deducted twice from your bank account during a transaction, don't worry at all! Show us your bank statement, and our team will process a full refund of the duplicate extra payment within 7 working days.
05Fair Use of Study Materials and Videos
A Gift for Learning Only: All the notes, digital books, school question banks, and video lectures uploaded inside your Student Dashboard are the intellectual property of Shri Krishna Educational and Welfare Institute . They are created with immense love and hard work by our educators.
You are given full freedom to download and view these materials for your personal study. However, you are strictly prohibited from copying them, selling them to outsiders, sharing them on public WhatsApp groups, or uploading them to YouTube or social media platforms. Please respect your teachers' hard work.
06Earning Your Certificate and Giving Exams
We believe in true skill and honest learning. We do not distribute or sell certificates to anyone who just pays the fee without studying.
To earn your ISO 9001:2015 certified completion certificate, you must complete your practical lab assignments and clear our simple internal tests.
If you fail an internal exam or find it hard to pass, please do not feel sad or embarrassed. We will never scold or discourage you. We will gladly give you free revision help, extra time, and let you re-attempt the test as many times as needed until you pass with flying colors!
07Code of Conduct
A Temple of Learning: We treat our institute and website as a pure temple of knowledge. We demand absolute respect, politeness, and humility.
How to Treat Others: You must be incredibly kind to your teachers, office staff, and fellow students. We have zero tolerance for bad language, shouting, bullying, or disrespectful comments inside the physical center or in the messaging section of the online dashboard.
The safety of our girls, women students, and young children is our highest priority. Any student found making someone feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or disrespected will be immediately expelled from the institute permanently, their dashboard will be blocked, and their fee will be lost.
08Website Upgrades & Temporary Breaks
Sometimes, our website needs to go to sleep for a short time for servicing, cleaning, and adding new features to make your dashboard faster. During these technical maintenance hours, the dashboard might not open. We will try our best to do this late at night. You agree that temporary website breaks can happen, and we will fix them as fast as possible.
09Handling Your Worries (Grievance and Contact)
If you face any issue at all—whether a computer keyboard is broken, a video lecture is not loading on your phone, or you have a misunderstanding with a batchmate—please do not keep it hidden in your heart.
Our doors are open. You can directly request a private meeting with our Founder & Manager, Engineer Pravendra Singh Parmar, or write down your complaint in our center's suggestion box. We promise to listen to you with an open mind and solve your issue with a smile.
